Vote 24 Hours in A&E at the TV Choice Awards!
We're happy to announce that 24 Hours in A&E has been shortlisted for a TV Choice Award.
Channel 4’s 24 Hours in A&E is nominated for the Best Factual Show alongside Clarkson’s Farm, Prime Video, Paul O’Grady: For The Love Of Dogs, ITV1 and Winter On The Farm/ Springtime On The Farm, Channel 5.
Celebrating their 27th anniversary the TV Choice Awards are the only television awards voted solely by the public. If you love watching the show as much as we do, we'd really appreciate your vote.
The documentary series, filmed at the Queen’s Medical Centre, follows staff and patients in one of the busiest A&E departments in the country. A place where stories of life, love and loss unfold every single day.
Jack Adlam, Director of Communications and Engagement at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) said: “We are proud to be the home of 24 Hours in A&E and we are delighted that the series has been nominated for a TV Choice Award.
“The success of the programme would not be possible without the support and hard work of our teams at NUH, especially those colleagues who work in our busy A&E at QMC. If you love the show as much as we do, please take the time to vote.”
During September and October 2021, the Trust welcomed The Garden TV cameras into the Emergency Department for the first series to be filmed outside of London.
A total of 24 programmes were recorded and the first 11 episodes have been broadcast so far this year.
You can catch up on previous episodes at channel4.com .
Cameras returned to Nottingham in May this year to film Series 2.
The awards ceremony will be held at The London Hilton on Park Lane in February 2024, with comedian Tom Allen hosting.
