This year there are some changes regarding donations to ensure that your generous gifts can be received and organised appropriately.

New guideline changes for 2023:

  • Drop-off donations will only take place with a confirmed appointment. The location of the drop-off will be outside the ENT (Ear, nose and throat) Entrance of Queen’s Medical Centre.
  • We will not be accepting  deliveries after Friday 15 December
  • Please call the following numbers to contact a member of the play team to come and meet you if you have a donation 07505015014 and 07812277394
  • Delivery and collection times will be between 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm Monday – Friday
  • Please do NOT wrap presents as we need to see what is given out for safety reasons
  • Please only donate brand new toys, we are very grateful for donations, but due to safety reasons we unfortunately cannot accept   second hand toys. If you are donating soft toys please make sure that they have a CE mark and new label on them.
